Experience and Qualifications:
Mr. Kelly has directed his staff in production and design of more than $400 million in construction of specialized Government and private sector projects.
These projects include extensive County, City, State and Federal Government contract experience, ie: Board of Regents, The Department of Management Services, Department of Labor and Employment, Duval County School Board, Nassau County School Board, St. Johns County School Board and the City of Jacksonville.
As Principal of this firm, Mr. Kelly has supervised the production of Continuing Contract projects for the City of Jacksonville, University of Florida, University of North Florida, Florida Community College of Jacksonville, Department of Management Services, Department of Labor and Employment along with the Florida and Georgia Air Georgia Air National Guard.
Mr. Kelly has experience in the design of a wide range of Mechanical Systems, including Central Chiller Systems, Cooling Towers, Ventilation Systems, Steam Distribution Systems, and Fire Protection Systems. He is qualified in Value Engineering and Energy Conservation. Also, Mr. Kelly is a member of The Society of Fire Protection Engineers, and ASHRAE.

Mayo Clinic - Tallahassee, Florida
Design for renovation of 150,000 square feet, 5-story building for the Department of General Services, mechanical systems comprised of 4-pipe fan coil system with outside air and central water cooled chiller, hot water boiler and energy management system.
Crown Point Elementary School - Duval County School Board
Replaced Chiller and HVAC Chilled Water System with new Air Cooled Chiller and VAV Air Side Systems with Heat Reclaim and a Hot Water Boiler System. Pumping scheme included Primary/Secondary Pumping with two and three way Valves. System is controlled and operated by DDC - EMCS Controls.
Fuller Warren Office Building - Jacksonville, Florida
Mechanical Systems consisted of replacement of aging Water Cooled Centrifugal 200 Ton Chiller with new Air Cooled Chiller. Re-sized Chiller to match existing HVAC load. Designed new Air Handling Units to handle revised loads and introduced pre-cooler to condition outside air for building.
Vistakon Incorporated - Jacksonville, Florida
Renovation of "QA" Microbiology Lab which consisted of Clean Room application Air Handling Units for Production Line. Sterile Environment and Contact Lense manufacturing.
Building No. 642 - Robins Air Force Base, Georgia (Open - End)
Mechanical Engineer for the replacement of two (2) Chiller Systems and installation of 1,500 Ton Cooling Tower, demolition of two (2) existing 750 Ton Absorption Chillers and two (2) 600 Ton Electric Chillers, renovated and upgraded 4,500 Ton Chiller Plant and 800 HP Pumping System.
