Experience and Qualifications:
Mr. Fontaine is responsible for all plumbing drawings specifications and cost estimates. His experience includes design work with numerous educational, office building, theme parks, government facilities, churches, dormitories and hospitals.
Mr. Fontaine has extended experience in plumbing design for Duval, Nassau and St. Johns County School Boards. He is familiar with state, county and educational Code Requirements. He has worked as project manager on several Duval County Public School projects for new plumbing and renovation work.
He has been responsible for the design of waste, venting and domestic water piping systems along with specifications and cost estimates for multiple projects.

Several Representative projects:
Hospice of Northeast Florida - Jacksonville, Florida
Domestic Water and Waste Vent Piping System. Hot and cold water piping with compressed gas piping system.

St. Augustine Technical Center - St. Augustine, Florida
Multi Campus project which included a new 30,000 SF Fire and Police Training Facility. Facility included hands on Demo Labs, Fitness Gymnasiums, Vehicle Bays and Classrooms. Plumbing design consisted of Waste, Vent and Domestic Water Piping Systems.

West Riverside Elementary School, Duval County School Board
Renovations of Gang Toilets, clinic areas per HRS, Domestic Water and Sewer Piping, replace all Fixtures, and Exhaust Ventilation

Vistakon Incorporated - Jacksonville, Florida
Completed several Laboratories and Clean - Rooms for Vistakon. Plumbing Design consisted of Water, Sewer, Air, Gas, Nitrogen and Distilled Water Systems.

Ponte Vedra Inn Club - Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida
Provided plumbing system consisting of waste/vent piping, hot/cold water piping, and gas piping for Health Club, Fitness, and Retail Facility. Design included outdoor whirlpool hookups, lounging area with massage rooms, locker rooms, and manicure areas.

Rescue Squadron Beddown Facilities - Moody Air Force Base, Georgia
Mr. Fontaine is responsible for the Plumbing Design of waste, vent and domestic water piping systems for this 46,000 SF Operations Facility, Classrooms and Training Structure.
