Mr. Hartsell has served as Senior Electrical Designer for M.V. Cummings Engineers, Inc. for over 10 years and has been directly involved in all facets of Electrical Design, from renovation to new construction.

Mr. Hartsell's wide range of experience includes the design of large scale power distribution systems for educational, commercial, and institutional/hospital facilities for different government agencies and municipalities. He is also experienced in the design of fire detection systems, lightning protection systems, hazardous environment electrical systems and airfield lighting systems. He has substantial experience in cost estimating, project management, specifications, project start up and field supervision.

Medical Office Building for Flagler Hospital - Jacksonville, Florida
Mr. Hartsell was Project Manager for this Office Renovation which consisted of new Lighting, Communiciation Systems, Power Distribution Systems and Fire Alarm System.

Casa Monica Hotel - St. Augustine, Florida
Mr. Hartsell served as Project Manager on $8 Million Renovation project which consisted of Power Distribution and Lighting System, Smoke and Fire Systems. State and County Codes.

Jaws Ride, Universal Studios - Orlando, Florida
Provided electrical design for complex ride which involved Power and Lighting for the attraction and electrical connection for mechanical pumps and hydraulics. Electrical design also incorporated sound system, lighting for kioske's and lightning protection.

Ortega Elementary School - Duval County School Board
This project consisted of a new Media Center which included Media Retrieval, Fire Alarm System, Power Distribution, Lighting Distribution, Telephone, TV, Voice, Video and Data. Renovation of Administrative building consisted of Power and Lighting Distribution Systems.

Regency Square Library - Jacksonville, Florida
Provided a Total Renovation consisting of Lighting Distribution, Power Distribution, and Telephone and Data Connection.

Departure/Arrival Airfield Control Group (DAACG) Operations - Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia
Mr. Hartsell was Project Manager for this 67,800 SF Building used for Soldier Passenger Terminal, Operations/Administration Area and Cargo Processing which consisted of Lighting, Communication Systems, Power Distribution Systems, Site Lighting, Parking Lighting, Roadway Lighting, Fire Alarm System and Emergency Generator System.
